Mr. Schwartz joined WTI in 2011 and is a distinguished financial management professional. In 2005， Mr. Schwartz founded Magnolia Capital， an investment advisory firm， where he is currently Managing Director. Previously， Mr. Schwartz was the CFO of several public and private technology companies including Check Point Software Technologies （NASDAQ: CHKP）， a leader in network security software， where he led the company through an IPO and follow-on financing. Prior to Check Point， Mr. Schwartz was Acting CFO and General Manager of Mercury Interactive （acquired by HP）. In addition， Mr. Schwartz has served on the Board of Directors of Silicon Graphics， BigFix （high-performance enterprise systems and security management solutions）， TUI University （regionally accredited， online university） and two other private companies.
