Danny Spiewak manages the development of Tishman Speyer’s residential and industrial projects in Brazil, where he is based. He joined Tishman Speyer in December 2004 and has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Spiewak served as a manager in the Design and Construction group, where he was responsible for the Rochavera commercial project, Reserva Granja Julieta, Duo Pinheiros and Metropolitan residential projects. Previously, Mr. Spiewak served as project manager for Metodo Engenharia and Grupo Playcenter working on projects encompassing industrial distribution centers, warehouses, hospitals, hotels, and residential and commercial buildings. He also was responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of Hopi Hari, the biggest theme park in Latin America. Mr. Spiewak graduated from FAAP University with a bachelor of civil engineering, a master’s degree in production engineering from USP and an MBA from IBMEC School of Business.
