Nate Shanok

Nate Shanok joined Tishman Speyer in 2005 and is responsible for the firm’s activities in Turkey， including acquisitions and development. Prior to his current role， Mr. Shanok was based in São Paulo， Brazil where he directed new investments， managed dispositions for the existing portfolio of commercial office investments， and led capital raising activities. Mr. Shanok previously held the role of Portfolio Manager for the firm's Brazilian investments and， in this capacity， defined and executed asset-level strategies， structured new investment funds， and oversaw investor relations. Prior to joining the firm， he held management roles with McMaster-Carr， a leading industrial supply distributor. Mr. Shanok is a past member of both the Advisory Board of the International Study Abroad program at Syracuse University， where he graduated with a BS in economics， and the Friends of the High School for Leadership and Public Service in New York City. Mr. Shanok received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
