RRJ资本成立于2011年3月，是一家专注于亚洲市场（重点关注中国与东南亚）的私募股权投资公司，重点关注能源、医疗保健和金融。RRJ于2011年6月募集成立第一个基金，规模为23亿美元，并于2013年4月募集成立第二个基金，规模为36亿美元。

RRJ Capital (“RRJ”) is an Asian investment firm which focuses on private equity investments in China and South-East Asia. The firm was founded by Richard Ong in March 2011 and currently has a team of close to 30 professionals, based out of offices in Hong Kong and SinGApore. The firm pursues an investment strategy in companies predominantly in Asia, with a focus on growth capital, state-owned enterprises and special situation investments. The firm closed its first fund in June 2011 with commitments of US$2.3 billion and its second fund with commitments of US$3.6 billion in April 2013.
