Gerhard Bauer

Dr. Gerhard Bauer holds an MSc and MBA equivalent and a PhD in law. He currently represents APEP on the advisory boards of several private equity funds. Dr. Gerhard Bauer is a member of the APEP Investment Team in which he is responsible for investments in European buyout and venture capital funds. From January 2007 until June 2008， he supported the Clients and Products team and acted as an intermediary to the investment team. His main focus was on the conceptual design of third-party products， project management and the analysis of new investment opportunities. Before joining APEP’ investment team in 2000， Gerhard was responsible for monitoring Allianz AG’s long term industrial holdings.
