Xiaorong Mei

Xiaorong Mei holds a diploma in business from the Overseas Chinese University， Beijing， and a postgraduate diploma in economics from Beijing’s Capital University of Economics and Business. Ms Mei is the investment manager at Mahon China who has particular responsibility for deal origination. She is also Mahon China’s lead in maintaining relations with government bodies around the country. Her extensive business experience and networks aid her in both these roles. Prior to joining Mahon China she had an industrial career with Fu Hua Foodstuffs， a sino-Hong Kong joint venture， and Inchcape. As part of the investment team， Ms Mei has undertaken due diligence across various sectors including logistics， textiles， infrastructure， machinery and electronic appliances. She is also responsible for domestic legal and accounting deal compliance.
