Donald J. Rosenberg

Donald J. Rosenberg is executive vice president， general counsel and corporate secretary of Qualcomm Incorporated. Rosenberg reports directly to CEO Paul Jacobs and is a member of the company's Executive Committee. In his role as Chief Legal Officer， Rosenberg is responsible for overseeing Qualcomm's worldwide legal affairs including litigation， intellectual property and corporate matters. Qualcomm's Government Affairs and Strategic Intellectual Property organizations also report to Rosenberg.
