Scott Ashton

Scott Ashton is a Partner of CRCM. He joined CRCM in 2016 and is responsible for fundraising and investor relations based in CRCM’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining CRCM he spent eleven years at Morgan Stanley in the Institutional Equities Division， Prime Brokerage and was Chief Representative of their Shanghai Representative Office. Previously， he was a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group in their proprietary hedge fund division. He graduated cum laude with a B.A. from UCLA then received his juris doctor degree from the UCLA School of Law and his MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He is a member of the California State Bar.
