Based in NVP’s Palo Alto office， Jon is focused on investing across a wide range of sectors including information services， software， business services， financial services and consumer. His current investments include 1010data， Clarus Marketing Group， FreeShipping.com， and The Retail Equation.

Prior to joining NVP， Jon was a Director at Goldman Sachs， where he headed the San Francisco， California office for the firm’s Americas Special Situations Group. In this role， he focused on growth equity investments from $15 million to $200 million across a variety of industries， while leading all aspects of the deal process.
