Dong Ren

Dong Ren joined SAIF in 2011 as Associate. Prior to joining SAIF， Mr. Ren served as Senior Associate at China Renaissance Partners， a leading boutique investment bank in China， where he led and participated in over $ 300 million private placement and M&A deals. Prior to that， Mr. Ren worked with Junhe Law Offices， a leading law firm in China， as a lawyer practiced in financing and M&A areas.

Mr. Ren holds a Juris Master degree from Fudan University and a Bachelor degree of Business Administration from Shanghai University. Also， Mr. Ren has the Bar Admission in China and the China Securities Practitioner Qualification.
