Kenny Tse

Kenny Tse is a Managing Director of Aetos China and Head of China Real Estate. He is based in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Aetos China in 2007， Mr.Tse was a Managing Director and head of China Property Research at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for building Morgan Stanley’s China real estate research franchise. Mr.Tse received the top analyst ranking from Greenwich Associates （2006） and Institutional Investors （2007）. Mr.Tse also led primary and secondary equity offerings by a wide variety of the most prestigious Chinese real estate companies. Mr.Tse joined Morgan Stanley in 1997 after spending three years at Fidelity Investments.

Mr.Tse received his Bachelor of Agricultural Economics from the University of Sydney with majors in Economics and Applied Finance.
