Dave Fachetti

As a Managing Director of Globespan， Dave sources new investment opportunities， evaluates and negotiates investments， and serves on the boards of portfolio companies. Based in Boston， he focuses on investments in Software， Internet/Infrastructure and Cleantech companies. He also leads Globespan’s CIO Advisory Board， which he helped to establish.

Prior to Globespan， Dave was a Principal of JAFCO Ventures， where he focused on enterprise software opportunities. Before joining FEN， Dave served as a Vice President and GM at Trans National Group （TNG）， where he successfully ran and sold TNG’s start-up Canadian credit card business to Bank of Montreal.

Dave is a member of Gartner’s Executive Programs （EXP）， a membership-based organization for 3，300 CIOs worldwide. He is also a member of the New England Clean Energy Council innovation task force and a steering committee member of the Ignite Clean Energy Competition. Dave earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration， with honors， from the University of Massachusetts， Amherst， and an MBA， with honors， from Boston University. He is also a CPA.
