Prior employment includes: Lehman Brothers in the Hong Kong SAR in the Asia Corporate Finance Group； Circle Peak Capital， a private equity firm in New York； Banc of America Securities and JP Morgan Securities in Chicago and New York. He holds an MBA with honours from Columbia Business School， a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Engineering from Dartmouth’s Thayer School of Engineering.
