David Chin

David Chin has served as vice president of Harbinger Venture Management sinceNovember， 2007. Before joining Harbinger， Mr. Chin worked at Fortune Venture Management as assistant vice president from 2003 to 2007 and Industrial Bank of Taiwan as investment deputy manager from 2000 to 2002.

Mr. Chin received his Master degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
