Phil focuses on the semiconductor sector and our Korean investment program. He was previously with Intel Capital where he focused on venture investments in semiconductor and clean technology. Earlier in his career， he was a technical sales lead at Cadence Design Systems， leading various customer engagement with major semiconductor companies in North America and Asia. He also worked for Neolinear （acquired by Cadence） where he was a key contributor to the development of the novel schematic-driven layout technology.
Phil holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University， and an M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He also received an M.B.A. with honors from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.
